Peri peri sauce ½-cup
Olive oil ¼-cup
Dry herbs 1-tablespoon
Ginger garlic (water) 2-tablespoon
Directions
- Put the chicken legs in the bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and ginger garlic water which is 2-tablespoon.
- Also Add the black pepper and dry herb mix in it.
- Now add olive oil and salt mix it.
- Marinate it stay for 10mints.
- Add the marinated chicken onto the griller, let it grill, change its sides wisely.
- When it get grilled, and ready add the peri peri sauce on it.
- Now your peri peri chicken legs is ready to eat.
- Serve with mayo and lemon.

- You can marinate for up to 1 hour for a deeper flavor.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Adjust the amount of peri peri sauce as you needed.
