Ingredients

  • Chicken (mince) 1-kg

  • Ginger garlic (paste) 1-tablespoon

  • Green chillie (chopped) 2-tablespoon

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Red chillie ½-tablespoon

  • Turmeric ½-teaspoon

  • Garam masala (powder) ½-teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1-teaspoon

  • Black pepper 1-teaspoon

  • Dry onion 50-gram

  • Cumin seed ½-teaspoon

  • Carom seed ½-teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 2-tablespoon

Directions

  • Mince the chicken.
  • Add the fat, onion, and green chillie and mince again.
  • Add salt, mince, then add the blended pepper,turmeric, and cumin seed. Mix it again.
  • Add the red chillie, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste inside it.
  • Add the salt for taste. Mix properly powder of cumin seed.
  • Mix it again and again until it get smooth.
  • The worth should be 20-gram.
  • It should be in a circle shape.
  • Now fry until it get soften.
  • After ready serve with onion and tomato and enjoy.

Notes

  • Mixture should be smooth and slightly sticky.
  • Always cook on medium flame.
  • Adjust salt and spices before shaping.
  • Lemon juice adds freshness—don’t skip it.
