Chicken (punjabi cut) 1-kg
Ginger garlic (paste) 2-tablespoon
Oil 1-cup
Yogurt 1-cup
Tomato (slice) 200-gm
Red chilli (powder) 1-tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1-teaspoon
Garam masala ½-tablespoon
Salt (to taste)
Coriander powder 1-tablespoon
Black pepper 1-tablespoon
Green chilli (slice) 4/5-piece
Fresh coriander (chopped) 1-tablespoon
Directions
- Take the Karhi (wock) add the oil then add the sliced tomato,and ginger garlic paste.
- As it get get heated then add the chicken, garam masala, red chilli, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
- Put it on low fire for 15 mins.
- After that add the tomato without upper layer then add the salt and yogurt red chilli sliced.
- Wait for 5-mint stare the frying spoon to mix.
- Now your Chicken Punjabi Karhi is ready for the garnishing use the fresh coriander chopped and green chilli.
- Now you can take in a plate and enjoy your meal.
Notes
- Adjust the number of green chillies to control the heat of the dish.
- Ensure the yogurt is smooth and well-mixed to avoid curdling when added.
- If the dish is too thick, you can add a small amount of water and cook to your desired consistency.
