Ingredients

  • Chicken (legs) 1-kg

  • Lemon juice 2-tablespoon

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black pepper 1-tablespoon

  • Peri peri sauce ½-cup

  • Olive oil ¼-cup

  • Dry herbs 1-tablespoon

  • Ginger garlic (water) 2-tablespoon

Directions

  • Put the chicken legs in the bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice and ginger garlic water which is 2-tablespoon.
  • Also Add the black pepper and dry herb mix in it.
  • Now add olive oil and salt mix it.
  • Marinate it stay for 10mints.
  • Add the marinated chicken onto the griller, let it grill, change its sides wisely.
  • When it get grilled, and ready add the peri peri sauce on it.
  • Now your peri peri chicken legs is ready to eat.
  • Serve with mayo and lemon.

Notes

  • You can marinate for up to 1 hour for a deeper flavor.
  • Ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  • Adjust the amount of peri peri sauce as you needed.
