Chicken (mince) 1-kg
Ginger garlic (paste) 1-tablespoon
Green chillie (chopped) 2-tablespoon
Salt (to taste)
Red chillie ½-tablespoon
Turmeric ½-teaspoon
Garam masala (powder) ½-teaspoon
Coriander powder 1-teaspoon
Black pepper 1-teaspoon
Dry onion 50-gram
Cumin seed ½-teaspoon
Carom seed ½-teaspoon
Lemon juice 2-tablespoon
Directions
- Mince the chicken.
- Add the fat, onion, and green chillie and mince again.
- Add salt, mince, then add the blended pepper,turmeric, and cumin seed. Mix it again.
- Add the red chillie, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste inside it.
- Add the salt for taste. Mix properly powder of cumin seed.
- Mix it again and again until it get smooth.
- The worth should be 20-gram.
- It should be in a circle shape.
- Now fry until it get soften.
- After ready serve with onion and tomato and enjoy.
Notes
- Mixture should be smooth and slightly sticky.
- Always cook on medium flame.
- Adjust salt and spices before shaping.
- Lemon juice adds freshness—don’t skip it.
