Beef half kilo
Curry powder 4 tablespoons

Satay sauce 2 tablespoons
White vinegar 1 teaspoon
Chicken broth 1 cup
Cornflour 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Take beef without bones and fat, and get it finely chopped.
- Cut onion into slices like wedges in medium sized and cut potatoes into square pieces.
- Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wide-mouthed pot and fry the potatoes.
- Now add onions and 2 teaspoons curry powder, fry till brown and take out in a dish.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and add beef, fry for few minutes.
- When its turns brown, add onion-potato mixer, mix remaining corn flour, curry powder, satay sauce, soya sauce, in broth and pour over beef.
- Let it boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve when beef is tender.
