Ingredients

  • Chicken 200-gram

  • Stock 1-liter

  • Chilli Paste 1-tablespoon

  • Sugar 1-tablespoon

  • Vinegar 1/4-cup

  • Soya Sauce 2-tablespoon

  • Fine Cabbage (chopped)2-tablespoon

  • Fine Carrot (chopped)2-tablespoon

  • Sugar 1/2-tablespoon

  • Corn Flour solution 2-tablespoon

  • Egg white 2-piece

Directions

  • Put the corn flour into the beaker and add the water mix it with spoon.
  • Fine choped the vegetables carrots and cabbage.
  • Take the egg white into small beaker and mix with spoon.
  • Cut the chicken into the jullion shape and put the oil in the large steel bowl and on the fire add the chicken mix it until it get half brown.
  • Add the stock in the frying saucer its as it reaches to boiling temperature.
  • Slowly slowly add the corn flour solution and try to mix it wait for 2 mins.
  • Add the vinegar and soya sauce and mix until it
    mixed.
  • Add the egg white mix it slowly if you mix speedily
    you will face egg clots.
  • Add the sugar if a good taste add the chilli paste Add the fine chopped vegetables and wait for 2 mins so it get soft.
  • Your hot and soup is ready and you can enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure to add the egg whites slowly to avoid curdling.
  • You can adjust the chilli paste according to your taste.
  • You can add more vegetables for additional flavor.
