White Rice with Fish

Rice (boiled) 1/2 kg
Fish 1/2 kg
Garlic (crushed ) 1/2 teaspoon
Onions (green) 2
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Water 1/4 cup
Directions
- Clean the fish, wash it with fresh water, apply salt and crushed garlic, and let it marinate for 2 hours.
- Now take a wide-mouth pot, add 1/4 cup water, and cook.
- When it boils, turn off the heat and take it off.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add the fish, cover the pan, and take it off after 5 minutes.
- Spread the boiled rice on a plate.
- Place the fish on top.
- Garnish with sliced onions.
- Your White Rice and Fish is ready.
Notes
- Use fresh fish for better taste.
- Marinating the fish with salt and garlic.
- Fry fish in a pan with oil (5 mins, covered)
- Serve: rice + fish + chopped onions + ketchup (optional)
