Ingredients

  • Chicken 1.5 kilo

  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoon

  • Sesame oil 2 table spoon

Directions

  • Keep the whole chicken, clean the chicken, don’t cut to pieces, just remove the innards.
  • Don’t remove the chicken skin, boil water in a large pot and submerge the chicken in it.
  • Enough water should be added to submerge the chicken completely.
  • Keep it on low heat, so the chicken skin doesn’t get damaged, let it cook for 1 hour.
  • Insert a chopstick into the chicken leg to check if its cooked or not, if no blood comes out, its done.
  • Take it out and cut into pieces.
  • Soya sauce and sesame oil drizzled on top, and its ready to serve.

Notes

  • Clean and prepare chicken ( Don’t remove skin )
  • Boil in enough water to submerge chicken (Low heat)
  • Drizzle with soya sauce and sesame oil
  • Cut into pieces
