Bread slices 4-piece
Chicken boneless 1-cup
Onion chopped 4 tablespoons
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Black pepper (to taste)
Cloves 3-piece
Salad leaves (as needed)
Ajwain 1-teaspoon
Egg 1-piece
Salt (to taste)
Green cardamom
Tomato sliced 1-piece
Directions
- Boil the chicken with cardamom and cloves.
- Toast two slices of bread with a light layer of mayonnaise.
- Mix boiled chicken with ajwain, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Now add a bit of mayonnaise to the frying pan and saute the chicken mixture.
- Boil the egg, slice it.
- Place egg slice on bread, add chicken, add salad leaves, top with another slice, serve with chutney.
Notes
- Don’t overcook the chicken while boiling.
- Adjust ajwain quantity, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Use fresh lettuce leaves.
