Almonds chopped 1-cup
Almond essence (few drops)
Eggs 6
Khoya ¾-cup
Whole almonds 8-10
Baking powder 1-teaspoon
Flour 1 ½-cup
Sugar 2-cups
Butter ¾-cup
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar until well combined, add eggs one by one and beat well.
- Now add the khoya to it. Add almond essence and chopped almonds, mix well.
- Now add the flour gradually and mix well.
- Grease the cake mold lightly, pour in the prepared batter, and top with sliced almonds.
- Now put it in the oven and bake for an hour.
- Once the cake is done, take it out of the oven.
- Here’s your rich almond cake, enjoy.
Notes
- Add eggs one by one and beating well after each egg.
- Don’t overmix the almond essence.
- After cake take out of the oven let it for cool.
