Directions
- Take a large, open-mouth vessel, add enough water to submerge the chicken, and bring to a boil on high heat.
- When water starts boiling, add chicken and let it boil for a few minutes.
- So reduce heat to low, let it simmer, then take it off and let it cool.
- Save the water.
- Rub the chicken with sesame oil and salt, then cut it into pieces.
- Add washed rice to the saved water with salt and crushed garlic, then boil the rice, drain when done.
- Garnish chicken pieces with tomatoes and cucumber, sprinkle crushed ajwain, and serve with rice.
