Red chilies and Peanuts chatney

Fresh red chilies (chopped) ¼ teaspoon.
Peanuts sprouts 1 tablespoon.
Sugar 2 tablespoons.
White vinegar ¼ cup.
Fresh cucumber (chopped) half.
Directions
- Mix vinegar and sugar in a pan and heat on low flame until sugar dissolves.
- Allow it to boil in an open-mouth vessel for 4-minutes, until it reaches a mahogany colour.
- Now remove this mix from heat, pour into a bowl and let it cool.
- Then mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a serving bowl and let it set. The chilies and peanuts sprout chutney is ready.
Notes
- Fresh red chilies can be substituted with green chilies for a different flavor.
- Adjust sugar and vinegar to taste.
- Serve chilled for best results.
