Prawns (fresh) half kg
Noodles 1-cup
Chicken broth half cup
Butter 2-tablespoon
Ginger (grated) 1/2-teaspoon
Ajinomoto (a pinch)
Sesame oil (some drops)
Vinegar 1-tablespoon
Cornflour 1teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4-teaspoon
Mayonnaise 1/2-cup
Salt 1/2-cup
Cucumber and carrots (chopped) as needed
Directions
- First, remove the prawn shells, then wash and pat dry the meat.
- Marinate the prawns with ajinomoto, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, ginger, and vinegar.
- Let it marinate for 2 hours.
- Mix cornflour in half cup chicken broth.
- Heat butter in a wok, add prawns.
- Pour the cornflour mixed broth over the prawns.
- So all the prawns are nicely coated, then fry them. Meanwhile, boil and drain the noodles.
- Place noodles on a plate, top with prawns. Garnish with chopped cucumber and carrots.
- Your healthy and delicious prawn noodles are ready for eat.
Notes
- Coat prawns well with cornflour mixture before frying.
- Rinse noodles with cold water after boiling to prevent sticking.
- Oil should be hot when frying prawns, otherwise they’ll stick.
- Keep veggies chopped and crisp.
