Ingredients

  • Chopped paneer 40g

  • Butter 125g

  • Eggs 2

  • Milk 1L

  • Wheat flour 100g

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan add flour and keep stirring with a spoon until bubbles start forming.
  • Keep adding a little milk gradually, stirring continuously, until the mixture starts boiling anduntil the mixture thickens now remove it from heat.
  • Add paneer and mix well with a spoon, let it cool down a bit.
  • Now add eggs and mix it well.
  • Now your yummy and delicious paneer chutney is ready.

Notes

  • Use fresh paneer for best results.
  • Adjust green chilies according to your spice preference.
  • Can be served with paratha, naan, or roti.
