Ingredients

  • Mutton ribs 6

  • Cucumbers 2

  • Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons

  • Ginger piece 1 medium

  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Lobia boiled 1/2 cup

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Water 1 cup

  • Garlic 3 cloves

  • Green onions 2

  • Cornflour 2

  • Milk 4 tablespoons

Directions

  • Put ribs in a large-mouth pot with a cup of water and bring to boil, add salt, ginger, and garlic to it as well.
  • After a few minutes when water starts to dry up, add chopped spring onions to it.
  • Cut cucumbers into 3-inch pieces add to ribs pour soya sauce and let simmer, also add boiled lobia.
  • Mix corn flour in the milk, take out the ribs apply amchur on them and fry them in oil until brown.
  • Now place the ribs in a dish garnish with onions cucumber and lobia mixture around them and sprinkle black pepper on it.
  • Your healthy and delicious dish is ready serve with tomato ketchup on the side.
