Green chilies 5
Fresh coriander 1 cup (chopped)
Green coriander colour 4-pinches
Ajinomoto 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 4 teaspoon
Salad leaves 15-20
Directions
- Clean and wash the fish thoroughly, leave it whole don’t cut into pieces.
- Grind the green coriander and green chilies with water.
- Place the fish in a tray and make cuts with a knife.
- Now apply this green masala paste and all the remaining ingredients on the fish and marinate it for 2-3 hours.
- Then apply oil on both sides of the fish and grill it and remove when its nicely browned.
- Your healthy and delicious fish is ready, enjoy it with salad and lemon.

- Marinate fish with spices and lemon
