Ingredients

  • Fish 1 kg

  • Green chilies 5

  • Fresh coriander 1 cup (chopped)

  • Green coriander colour 4-pinches

  • Ajinomoto 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 4 teaspoon

  • Salad leaves 15-20

Directions

  • Clean and wash the fish thoroughly, leave it whole don’t cut into pieces.
  • Grind the green coriander and green chilies with water.
  • Place the fish in a tray and make cuts with a knife.
  • Now apply this green masala paste and all the remaining ingredients on the fish and marinate it for 2-3 hours.
  • Then apply oil on both sides of the fish and grill it and remove when its nicely browned.
  • Your healthy and delicious fish is ready, enjoy it with salad and lemon.

Notes

  • Marinate fish with spices and lemon
  • Grill until cooked through
  • Serve with fresh salad and lemon
