Burger buns (3-pieces)
Salad leaves (as needed)
Fresh tomatoes (2 pieces)
Black pepper (2 teaspoons)
Mayonnaise (as needed)

Chat masala (as needed)
Directions
- Marinate the fish with vinegar and salt for a while.
- Fry the fish in oil without adding any spices after a few hours.
- When the fish becomes cold, cut it into small pieces,
add black pepper and chat masala to it. - On a piece of bun, create a layer with a lettuce leaf and sliced tomato and add a layer of ketchup and mayonnaise on top.
- Now place the fish pieces and add a bit more mayonnaise, place the other half of the bun on top and serve with ketchup.

- Marinating the fish with vinegar and salt enhances its flavor.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and ketchup according to your taste.
- You can add your favourite veggies like onion, capsicum, etc.
