Ingredients

  • Fish boneless (half kg)

  • Burger buns (3-pieces)

  • Salad leaves (as needed)

  • Fresh tomatoes (2 pieces)

  • Black pepper (2 teaspoons)

  • Mayonnaise (as needed)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Tomato ketchup (as needed)

  • Vinegar (as needed)

  • Oil (as needed)

  • Chat masala (as needed)

Directions

  • Marinate the fish with vinegar and salt for a while.
  • Fry the fish in oil without adding any spices after a few hours.
  • When the fish becomes cold, cut it into small pieces,
    add black pepper and chat masala to it.
  • On a piece of bun, create a layer with a lettuce leaf and sliced tomato and add a layer of ketchup and mayonnaise on top.
  • Now place the fish pieces and add a bit more mayonnaise, place the other half of the bun on top and serve with ketchup.
  • Enjoy your fish burger!

Notes

  • Marinating the fish with vinegar and salt enhances its flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and ketchup according to your taste.
  • You can add your favourite veggies like onion, capsicum, etc.
  • Lightly toast the buns to make the burger crispy.
