Ingredients

  • Egg 1

  • Burger Bun 1

  • Oil (for frying)

  • Salad leaves (as needed)

  • Mayonnaise (as needed)

  • Salt and black pepper(as needed)

  • Ketchup and chili sauce (as needed)

Directions

  • Fry the egg with a bit oil in a pan, making sure it’s in round shape.
  • Toast the burger bun in the pan till it’s lightly browned.
  • Now spread Mayonnaise and add salad leaves on the bottom of bun.
  • Place the egg on top, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Top with the other half bun and serve with ketchup or chili sauce.

Notes

  • Cook the egg thoroughly.
  • Adjust mayo and sauce amounts to taste.
  • Feel free to add veggies like tomato, onion, or capsicum.
