Fish sliced 1 kg
Ajwain 1/2 tablespoon
Grated coconut 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
Green chili (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Flour (maida) 1 tablespoon
Red chili (powder) 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Mix the all ingredients well and apply this mixture to the fish and marinate for 2 hours.
- Now coat it in flour (maida) and deep fry when its turn brown take it out.
- Yummy and healthy Dhaka fish ready.
- Serve hot with lemon, chutney or salad.

- Use fresh fish for best results
