Ingredients

  • Fish sliced 1 kg

  • Ajwain 1/2 tablespoon

  • Grated coconut 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin powder 1 tablespoon

  • Green chili (chopped) 1 tablespoon

  • Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon

  • Vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Flour (maida) 1 tablespoon

  • Red chili (powder) 1 tablespoon

  • Salt 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Mix the all ingredients well and apply this mixture to the fish and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Now coat it in flour (maida) and deep fry when its turn brown take it out.
  • Yummy and healthy Dhaka fish ready.
  • Serve hot with lemon, chutney or salad.

Notes

  • Use fresh fish for best results
  • Adjust spices according to taste
  • Serve hot with chutney or salad
