Coffee (instant) 3 teaspoon
Cream (thick) 300 ml
Custard powder 1 tablespoon
Castor sugar 2 tablespoon
Water (boiled) 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Mix custard powder and a little cream in a pan and blend well.
- When both are mixed properly, add the remaining cream and mix it with a spoon.
- Then add sugar, coffee and water, and cook on low flame until the mixture thickens.
- Now your chutney is ready.
Notes
- Use instant coffee for a stronger flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- Let it cool before serving.
- Make sure to cook on low flame to avoid lumping.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
