Ingredients

  • Coffee (instant) 3 teaspoon

  • Cream (thick) 300 ml

  • Custard powder 1 tablespoon

  • Castor sugar 2 tablespoon

  • Water (boiled) 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Mix custard powder and a little cream in a pan and blend well.
  • When both are mixed properly, add the remaining cream and mix it with a spoon.
  • Then add sugar, coffee and water, and cook on low flame until the mixture thickens.
  • Now your chutney is ready.

Notes

  • Use instant coffee for a stronger flavor.
  • Adjust sugar according to taste.
  • Let it cool before serving.
  • Make sure to cook on low flame to avoid lumping.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
