Rice 2-cups
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
Cabbage (small) 1
Egg 1-piece

Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Chicken (boiled) 1-cup
Carrot 1-piece
Tomatoes 2-piece
Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon

Directions
- Boil rice with salt in a large vessel with plenty of water, Drain and set aside.
- Peel the carrot, remove the hard part, and cut the rest into thin, long strips.
- Chop the cabbage and capsicum as well.Same size as carrots.
- Shred or chop the boiled chicken into small pieces.Ready for the stir-fry.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- Add chicken, cabbage, onions, capsicum, carrot, and tomatoes to the pan.
- Cook on low heat, add beaten egg, and mix in the cooked rice.
- Add soy sauce, mix well, and let it simmer on low heat.
- Chinese Fried Rice is ready to serve with soy sauce. Enjoy

- Cooked rice and mix everything together.
- Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
