Ingredients

  • Chicken soft meet 400 gram

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Peanut oil 1 teaspoon

  • Egg 1

  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

  • Corn starch 1 teaspoon

  • Cabbage finely chopped 250 gram

  • White vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Cut the chicken into finger-sized pieces.
  • Rub salt and vinegar mixture on the chicken pieces.
  • Mix egg white and corn starch, coat the chicken with this mixture.
  • Finely shred the cabbage, mix vinegar and ketchup with the cabbage.
  • Heat peanut oil in a pan and fry this mixture, remove when it turns golden brown.
  • Your healthy and delicious dish is ready.

Notes

  • 400g soft chicken, cut into finger size pieces
  • Marinate with salt and vinegar
  • Coat with white egg and corn starch mixture
  • Serve with shredded cabbage, vinegar, and ketchup mix
