Chicken Shami Kebab (1 piece)
Egg (1)
Tomato, sliced (2)
Mayonnaise (to taste)
Salt, black pepper (to taste)
Salad leaves (as needed)
Directions
- Toast the bottom half of the bun in a frying pan until crispy
- Spread a little mayonnaise on it, then place a salad leaves and tomato slice.
- Place the Shami Kebab on top and press gently.
- Add a bit of mayonnaise, another tomato slice, and sprinkle black pepper to taste.
- Place the top half of the bun and press gently.
Notes
- You also can customize it by adding lettuce, cheese, or chilli sauce as per your taste.
