Ingredients

  • Burger bun (1)

  • Chicken Shami Kebab (1 piece)

  • Egg (1)

  • Tomato, sliced (2)

  • Mayonnaise (to taste)

  • Salt, black pepper (to taste)

  • Salad leaves (as needed)

Directions

  • Toast the bottom half of the bun in a frying pan until crispy
  • Spread a little mayonnaise on it, then place a salad leaves and tomato slice.
  • Place the Shami Kebab on top and press gently.
  • Add a bit of mayonnaise, another tomato slice, and sprinkle black pepper to taste.
  • Place the top half of the bun and press gently.

Notes

  • You also can customize it by adding lettuce, cheese, or chilli sauce as per your taste.
