Ingredients
Beef pieces 250grams
Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Cornflour 1.5 teaspoon
Capsicum 2 pieces
Green onion 2 pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
Directions
- Capsicum cut in half , remove seeds from the middle and clean well.
- Garlic cloves grind well, chop all onions and cut into 4 pieces.
- Mix beef with soya sauce, corn flour, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon water, mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
- Heat the kadhai on the stove and add 1 tablespoon oil in the kadhai, add half a teaspoon salt in oil and saute capsicum for two minutes, then remove it from the kadhai set it aside.
- Heat the kadhai again and add 1 tablespoon oil more into the kadhai.
- When the oil heats up, brown the garlic in it and add the beef, stirring rapidly with a spoon for two minutes to fry it.
- Now add salt, sugar, chillies, green onions, and add the cornflour sauce to it.
- Keep stirring and mix well.
- Now your healthy and delicious dish is ready for serve.
Notes
- You can change the vegetables according to your preference in this recipe.
- For a healthier option, reduce the amount of used oil.
- Serve hot with your favourite Rice or Naan.
