Ingredients

  • Beef 1 kilo (whole piece)

  • Soya sauce 5 teaspoon

  • Black pepper 2 teaspoon

  • Vegetable oil 250 gram

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Ajinomoto 1 teaspoon

  • Cornflour 125 gram

  • Capsicum 60 gram

  • Ginger 3 pieces

Directions

  • Salt, black pepper, soya sauce, ajinomoto mix in 1 tablespoon water.
  • Wash the meat and tenderize it with a knife.
  • Apply a generous amount of soya sauce on the meat, also rub in ginger and cornflour.
  • Keep it in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
  • Heat oil in a wok, fry the meat on low heat till its pink. then add half a cup of water and cook.
  • Once the water dries up and meat turns golden, add green chillies and take it off the heat after 1 minute.
  • Your healthy and delicious beef fried is ready to eat.

Notes

  • Marinate beef with soya sauce, ginger, and cornflour for 8-10 hours.
  • Fry on low heat till pink.
  • Add green chillies for a burst of flavor.
  • Serve hot and enjoy it.
