Beef 1 kilo (whole piece)
Soya sauce 5 teaspoon
Black pepper 2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil 250 gram
Salt 1 teaspoon
Ajinomoto 1 teaspoon
Cornflour 125 gram
Capsicum 60 gram
Ginger 3 pieces
Directions
- Salt, black pepper, soya sauce, ajinomoto mix in 1 tablespoon water.
- Wash the meat and tenderize it with a knife.
- Apply a generous amount of soya sauce on the meat, also rub in ginger and cornflour.
- Keep it in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
- Heat oil in a wok, fry the meat on low heat till its pink. then add half a cup of water and cook.
- Once the water dries up and meat turns golden, add green chillies and take it off the heat after 1 minute.
- Your healthy and delicious beef fried is ready to eat.
Notes
- Marinate beef with soya sauce, ginger, and cornflour for 8-10 hours.
- Fry on low heat till pink.
- Add green chillies for a burst of flavor.
- Serve hot and enjoy it.
