Ingredients

  • Rice 2-cups

  • Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon

  • Cabbage (small) 1

  • Egg 1-piece

  • Onions 2-piece

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon

  • Chicken (boiled) 1-cup

  • Carrot 1-piece

  • Tomatoes 2-piece

  • Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon

  • Capsicums 2-piece

Directions

  • Boil rice with salt in a large vessel with plenty of water, Drain and set aside.
  • Peel the carrot, remove the hard part, and cut the rest into thin, long strips.
  • Chop the cabbage and capsicum as well.Same size as carrots.
  • Shred or chop the boiled chicken into small pieces.Ready for the stir-fry.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  • Add chicken, cabbage, onions, capsicum, carrot, and tomatoes to the pan.
  • Cook on low heat, add beaten egg, and mix in the cooked rice.
  • Add soy sauce, mix well, and let it simmer on low heat.
  • Chinese Fried Rice is ready to serve with soy sauce. Enjoy

Notes

  • Cooked rice and mix everything together.
  • Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
  • Serve hot for the best taste.
