Blackberries 220-gram

Bread 8-slices
Prunes 220-gram
Water 4-tablespoon
Directions
- First off all trim the edges of the bread slices.
- Cutting the bread slices into a round shape.
- Place the round bread slice in the pudding mould.
- Add blackberries, prunes, sugar, and water in the frying pan.
- Placing it on the oven rack (or a trilli/stand) and cooking on low heat.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- When the fruits are soft, switch off the heat and take it out.
- Strain the fruit syrup and keep it aside.
- Add the fruits to the mould, pour the syrup over them.
- Place a plate on top of the mould.
- Keep the pudding in the freezer to chill.
- When its chilled, serve with fresh blackberry on top.
Notes
- Use a mix of blackberries and prunes for a rich flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- Use a suitable mould for easy unmolding.
