Ingredients

  • Bread (crumbs) 2-slices

  • Eggs 4

  • Milk 1.5-liters

  • Butter 50-gram

  • Sugar 125-gram

Directions

  • First, crack the eggs and separate the whites and yolks.
  • Now in a bowl, add egg yolks, butter, milk, and bread slices.
  • Mix these well with a spoon.
  • Now put it in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Then take it out and top it with whipped egg whites, then put it back in the oven.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
  • And there you have it, your simple pudding is ready!

Notes

  • Separate egg whites and yolks.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, top with whipped egg whites, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Adjust sugar according to taste.
  • Let it cool before serving.
