Chicken mince 10-ounces
Flour 6-ounces
Cooking oil 4-tablespoons
Yeast 2-teaspoons
Egg 2-piece
Onions 2-piece

Directions
- Let the yeast soak in water till it rises.
- Sift the flour and salt, set aside.
- Now mix eggs in the yeast, then add it to the flour and knead well.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for an hour, then roll it out into a pizza dough.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add all the spices, capsicum, onion, and mince, saute well. Spread this mix on the pizza dough and top with cheese.
- Now bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C for 10-15 minutes.
- And take it out once it’s golden brown.
- Your super delicious pizza is ready serve hot with tomatoes.
Notes
- Use lukewarm water for yeast activation.
- Don’t over-knead the dough.
- Customise toppings as per taste.
- Keep an eye on oven temperature.
