Ingredients

  • Pizza dough 1

  • Peach 1-2 sliced

  • Apricot 2-3 sliced

  • Blueberries ½ cup

  • Cream cheese 200 g

  • Sugar powder ½ cup

  • Vanilla essence (few drops)

  • Butter 1 teaspoon

  • Eggs 2

Directions

  • First chop the peaches, apricots, and blueberries into small pieces.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, egg and vanilla essence in a bowl till smooth.
  • Spread the mixture on the pizza dough.
  • Now add peach slices, apricot slices, and blueberries on top.
  • Bake it in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven when it’s done.

Notes

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, cream, and vanilla.
  • Use fresh fruits for the best flavor.
  • Top with peach, apricot, blueberry slices.
