Ingredients

  • Cream ½-cup

  • Chicken 200-grams

  • Butter 2-tablespoons

  • Onion 1 (large size)

  • Cheese 3-pieces

  • Ready dough (pizza base) 1-piece

  • Ajinomoto ½-teaspoon

  • Garlic-ginger paste 1-teaspoon

  • Black pepper (to taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  • First of all boil the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
  • Melt butter, add onions, and fry until golden.
  • Now add Ajinomoto, garlic-ginger paste, black pepper, and salt to the chicken and saute.
  • Spread a layer of cream on top of the pizza dough (pizza base).
  • Then spread a layer of the prepared chicken mixture on top.
  • Spread the remaining cream over the mixture, and top with cheese pieces.
  • Bake it in the oven for 3-5 minutes, the cream will melt.
  • Cream chicken pizza is ready.

Notes

  • Boil the chicken first and make sure its tender.
  • Frying onion until golden brown.
  • Serve hot for the best creamy texture.
