Cream ½-cup
Chicken 200-grams
Butter 2-tablespoons
Onion 1 (large size)
Cheese 3-pieces
Ready dough (pizza base) 1-piece
Ajinomoto ½-teaspoon
Garlic-ginger paste 1-teaspoon
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Directions
- First of all boil the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
- Melt butter, add onions, and fry until golden.
- Now add Ajinomoto, garlic-ginger paste, black pepper, and salt to the chicken and saute.
- Spread a layer of cream on top of the pizza dough (pizza base).
- Then spread a layer of the prepared chicken mixture on top.
- Spread the remaining cream over the mixture, and top with cheese pieces.
- Bake it in the oven for 3-5 minutes, the cream will melt.
- Cream chicken pizza is ready.
