Ingredients

  • Bread 4-slices

  • Sliced Tomato 1 piece

  • Boiled Potato 1 piece

  • Sliced Cucumber 1 piece

  • Sliced Onion 1 piece

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Mint Chutney 4-tablespoons

  • Salt half a teaspoon

  • Oil 2-tablespoons

  • Cheese Slice 2-pieces

Directions

  • Place onion, cucumber, tomato, and potato slices on one bread slice; sprinkle black pepper and salt.
  • Put a cheese slice on top.
  • Spread mint chutney evenly on the second slice and place it over the first slice.
  • Lightly grease a grill or pan with oil and toast the sandwich for 2 minutes.
  • The delicious sandwich is ready; cut and serve.

Notes

  • Grill the sandwich on medium heat to avoid burning the bread.
  • Adjust black pepper and salt according to your taste.
  • For extra crunch, add a thin layer of lettuce between the veggies.
