Bread 4-slices
Macaroni 1 packet

Mayonnaise 2-tablespoons
Cheese 2-slice
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- First of all cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and add cheese slice.
- Place the cooked macaroni on the bread.
- Beat the egg with salt and black pepper, then add it to the macaroni mixture and mix well.
- Put the second bread slice (with mayonnaise) on top to close the sandwich.
- Grill or fry the sandwich until golden brown and serve hot.
Notes
- Cook macaroni properly till it’s soft.
- Adjust mayonnaise quantity as per taste.
- You also can add veggies like capsicum, onion, tomato for extra crunch.
