Ingredients

  • Bread 4-slices

  • Macaroni 1 packet

  • Egg 1

  • Mayonnaise 2-tablespoons

  • Cheese 2-slice

  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • First of all cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and add cheese slice.
  • Place the cooked macaroni on the bread.
  • Beat the egg with salt and black pepper, then add it to the macaroni mixture and mix well.
  • Put the second bread slice (with mayonnaise) on top to close the sandwich.
  • Grill or fry the sandwich until golden brown and serve hot.

Notes

  • Cook macaroni properly till it’s soft.
  • Adjust mayonnaise quantity as per taste.
  • You also can add veggies like capsicum, onion, tomato for extra crunch.
