Ingredients

  • Chicken breast ½ kg (cut into pieces)

  • Burger buns 3-pieces

  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon

  • Chinese salt 1 teaspoon

  • Mayonnaise (as needed)

  • Cheese slice 1-packet

  • Oil 1-cup

  • Mustard powder 1 teaspoon

  • Worst sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Salad leafs (as needed)

  • For the coating
  • Flour 2 tablespoons

  • Egg 1-piece

  • Corn flour 1 teaspoon

  • Baking powder ½ teaspoon

  • Chips crisp 1 cup

Directions

  • First of all pound the chicken pieces with a heavy object.
  • After that add all the spices to the chicken, marinate it, and put it in the fridge so the flavors absorb. Let it for a few hours.
  • Mix the frying ingredients with cold water to make a smooth batter.
  • Now mix all the coating ingredients and crush them coarsely and keep in mind not to make a fine powder, make it coarse.
  • Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the frying batter, then roll them in the coating mixture.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces for 12-15 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one half of the burger bun and place a fried chicken piece on it.
  • Top it with a cheese slice and a salad leaf, then place the other half of the bun.
  • Your delicious zinger burger is ready.

Notes

  • Marinate chicken pieces with spices and keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Dip marinated chicken in batter, then roll in coating mixture.
  • Deep fry until golden brown (12-15 minutes).
  • Assemble burger with mayo, fried chicken, cheese slice, and salad leaves on a bun.
