Ingredients

  • Chicken mince Half kg

  • Egg 2 pieces

  • Black pepper 2 teaspoons

  • Mayonnaise as needed

  • Cheese slice as needed

  • Burger bun 2 pieces

  • Butter as needed

  • Mustard paste 2 teaspoons

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Oil as needed for frying

  • Bread slice 1 piece

  • Salad leaves as needed

Directions

  • Put chicken mince in a bowl. Add egg, mustard paste, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  • Make thick patties from the mixture and fry them in oil.
  • Toast the burger bun, spread mayonnaise on it, and add salad leaves.
  • Toast the bun with butter, place the fried patty on the bun, add a cheese slice and a bread slice.
  • Put the other half of the bun on top and serve with chili sauce.

Notes

  • Use medium heat to fry patties evenly without burning.
  • Balance mayonnaise and chili sauce to taste.
  • Serve with fries or salad for a full meal.
