Egg 2 pieces
Black pepper 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise as needed
Cheese slice as needed
Burger bun 2 pieces
Butter as needed
Mustard paste 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Oil as needed for frying
Bread slice 1 piece
Salad leaves as needed
Directions
- Put chicken mince in a bowl. Add egg, mustard paste, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Make thick patties from the mixture and fry them in oil.
- Toast the burger bun, spread mayonnaise on it, and add salad leaves.
- Toast the bun with butter, place the fried patty on the bun, add a cheese slice and a bread slice.
- Put the other half of the bun on top and serve with chili sauce.
Notes
- Use medium heat to fry patties evenly without burning.
- Balance mayonnaise and chili sauce to taste.
