Red chilies and Peanuts chatney

Ingredients

  • Fresh red chilies (chopped) ¼ teaspoon.

  • Peanuts sprouts 1 tablespoon.

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons.

  • White vinegar ¼ cup.

  • Fresh cucumber (chopped) half.

Directions

  • Mix vinegar and sugar in a pan and heat on low flame until sugar dissolves.
  • Allow it to boil in an open-mouth vessel for 4-minutes, until it reaches a mahogany colour.
  • Now remove this mix from heat, pour into a bowl and let it cool.
  • Then mix all ingredients.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and let it set. The chilies and peanuts sprout chutney is ready.

Notes

  • Fresh red chilies can be substituted with green chilies for a different flavor.
  • Adjust sugar and vinegar to taste.
  • Serve chilled for best results.
