Chopped paneer 40g
Butter 125g
Eggs 2
Milk 1L
Wheat flour 100g
Directions
- Heat butter in a pan add flour and keep stirring with a spoon until bubbles start forming.
- Keep adding a little milk gradually, stirring continuously, until the mixture starts boiling anduntil the mixture thickens now remove it from heat.
- Add paneer and mix well with a spoon, let it cool down a bit.
- Now add eggs and mix it well.
- Now your yummy and delicious paneer chutney is ready.
Notes
- Use fresh paneer for best results.
- Adjust green chilies according to your spice preference.
- Can be served with paratha, naan, or roti.
