Ingredients

  • Fish 1 kg

  • Garlic 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Red chili 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fish sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Chili sauce 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients and apply on fish let it marinate for half an hour.
  • After that warp the fish in Foil and steam it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Your delicious and healthy fish dish is ready.
  • Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.

  • Fresh fish is a must
  • Don’t over steam
  • Lemon adds a burst of flavor
