Chicken soft meet 400 gram
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Peanut oil 1 teaspoon
Egg 1
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Corn starch 1 teaspoon
Cabbage finely chopped 250 gram
White vinegar 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Cut the chicken into finger-sized pieces.
- Rub salt and vinegar mixture on the chicken pieces.
- Mix egg white and corn starch, coat the chicken with this mixture.
- Finely shred the cabbage, mix vinegar and ketchup with the cabbage.
- Heat peanut oil in a pan and fry this mixture, remove when it turns golden brown.
