Chicken 1.5 kilo
Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Sesame oil 2 table spoon
Directions
- Keep the whole chicken, clean the chicken, don’t cut to pieces, just remove the innards.
- Don’t remove the chicken skin, boil water in a large pot and submerge the chicken in it.
- Enough water should be added to submerge the chicken completely.
- Keep it on low heat, so the chicken skin doesn’t get damaged, let it cook for 1 hour.
- Insert a chopstick into the chicken leg to check if its cooked or not, if no blood comes out, its done.
- Take it out and cut into pieces.
- Soya sauce and sesame oil drizzled on top, and its ready to serve.
Notes
- Clean and prepare chicken ( Don’t remove skin )
- Boil in enough water to submerge chicken (Low heat)
- Drizzle with soya sauce and sesame oil
- Cut into pieces
