Ingredients

  • Beef pieces 250grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon

  • Soya sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Cornflour 1.5 teaspoon

  • Capsicum 2 pieces

  • Green onion 2 pieces

  • Garlic 2 cloves

Directions

  • Capsicum cut in half , remove seeds from the middle and clean well.
  • Garlic cloves grind well, chop all onions and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Mix beef with soya sauce, corn flour, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon water, mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the kadhai on the stove and add 1 tablespoon oil in the kadhai, add half a teaspoon salt in oil and saute capsicum for two minutes, then remove it from the kadhai set it aside.
  • Heat the kadhai again and add 1 tablespoon oil more into the kadhai.
  • When the oil heats up, brown the garlic in it and add the beef, stirring rapidly with a spoon for two minutes to fry it.
  • Now add salt, sugar, chillies, green onions, and add the cornflour sauce to it.
  • Keep stirring and mix well.
  • Now your healthy and delicious dish is ready for serve.

Notes

  • You can change the vegetables according to your preference in this recipe.
  • For a healthier option, reduce the amount of used oil.
  • Serve hot with your favourite Rice or Naan.
