Ingredients

  • Potato Boiled 1-Cup

  • Apple chopped 1-Cup

  • Pineapple 1-Cup

  • Mayo 1-Cup

  • Cream 100ml

  • White pepper 1-teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1-tablespoon

  • Icing Sugar 1-tablespoon

  • Mustard paste ½-tablespoon

Directions

  • Take a bowl cut all the vegetables and fruits inside the bowl.
  • Add the water in steel bowl put it on stove at the vegetables likes peas
    and potato.
  • As it get sorted take it out from the bowl and put in plastic bowl add all
    the vegetables and fruits.
  • Add the maya cream , mustard paste and lemon juice on it mix it.
  • Add the icing sugar mix it again
  • Because of icing sugar the fruits and vegetables taste will not change.

Notes

  • This salad has a creamy, sweet and slightly tangy flavor.
  • White pepper gives a mild heat without overpowering the dish.
  • Use firm apples (like green or slightly sour ones) to balance sweetness.
  • Fresh pineapple works best, but canned (well-drained) can also be used.
  • Make sure potatoes are fully cooled before mixing to avoid a watery salad.
