Potato Boiled 1-Cup
Apple chopped 1-Cup
Pineapple 1-Cup
Mayo 1-Cup
Cream 100ml
White pepper 1-teaspoon
Lemon juice 1-tablespoon
Icing Sugar 1-tablespoon
Mustard paste ½-tablespoon
Directions
- Take a bowl cut all the vegetables and fruits inside the bowl.
- Add the water in steel bowl put it on stove at the vegetables likes peas
and potato. - As it get sorted take it out from the bowl and put in plastic bowl add all
the vegetables and fruits. - Add the maya cream , mustard paste and lemon juice on it mix it.
- Add the icing sugar mix it again
- Because of icing sugar the fruits and vegetables taste will not change.
Notes
- This salad has a creamy, sweet and slightly tangy flavor.
- White pepper gives a mild heat without overpowering the dish.
- Use firm apples (like green or slightly sour ones) to balance sweetness.
- Fresh pineapple works best, but canned (well-drained) can also be used.
- Make sure potatoes are fully cooled before mixing to avoid a watery salad.
