White Rice with Fish

Ingredients

  • Rice (boiled) 1/2 kg

  • Fish 1/2 kg

  • Garlic (crushed ) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Onions (green) 2

  • Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Water 1/4 cup

Directions

  • Clean the fish, wash it with fresh water, apply salt and crushed garlic, and let it marinate for 2 hours.
  • Now take a wide-mouth pot, add 1/4 cup water, and cook.
  • When it boils, turn off the heat and take it off.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add the fish, cover the pan, and take it off after 5 minutes.
  • Spread the boiled rice on a plate.
  • Place the fish on top.
  • Garnish with sliced onions.
  • Your White Rice and Fish is ready.

Notes

  • Use fresh fish for better taste.
  • Marinating the fish with salt and garlic.
  • Fry fish in a pan with oil (5 mins, covered)
  • Serve: rice + fish + chopped onions + ketchup (optional)
